- Maintain and organize legal files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for the team.
- Communicate with external parties, such as government agencies and vendors, to gather necessary information and documents for restaurant development projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Real Estate and Construction, to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of restaurant development.
- Review and analyze site plans, lease agreements, and other legal documents to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of legal presentations and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the progress of legal matters related to restaurant development, providing regular updates to the team and management.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and applications for restaurant development projects.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to restaurant development, and provide recommendations for adapting company policies and procedures accordingly.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Law, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Corporate Legal Department Or Law Firm, Preferably With Experience In Real Estate And Development Law.
Strong Understanding Of Legal Concepts And Procedures, Including Contract Review And Drafting, Lease Negotiations, And Zoning And Land Use Regulations.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
