Senior Director of Global Tax

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage complex tax strategies for domestic and international tax matters.
2. Provide expertise and guidance to the organization on all tax matters.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze tax legislation to identify tax savings opportunities.
5. Oversee and review all tax compliance activities, including filing of tax returns and payments.
6. Lead the tax team in providing timely and accurate tax compliance and planning services.
7. Proactively anticipate risks and opportunities, and develop creative solutions.
8. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing tax processes and procedures.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
10. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
