Solution Architect - Global HR & Payroll Systems

8. Design, develop and test applications to ensure the quality of the solutions.
9. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system issues.
10. Identify new technologies and develop plans to integrate those technologies into existing systems.
11. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
12. Create and maintain technical documentation.
