US Sustainability Manager

They will have a strong understanding of the US sustainability landscape, be knowledgeable in environmental sustainability, and have experience in managing and executing sustainability projects. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies to ensure McDonald's meets its sustainability goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and evaluate current sustainability initiatives and opportunities for improvement.
3. Monitor progress of sustainability initiatives and recommend changes to ensure goals are achieved.
4. Research and analyze current and potential sustainability opportunities and identify new ideas to reduce environmental impacts.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
6. Prepare and update reports on sustainability initiatives and progress.
7. Develop educational materials to increase employee awareness and engagement in sustainability initiatives.
8. Attend sustainability conferences, meetings, and workshops to remain current on best practices and industry trends.
9. Prepare and manage sustainability budgets.
10. Develop and implement effective sustainability performance metrics.
