Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties: Mixing ingredients; Accurately following formulas; Safely lifting 50 to 100 pound bags consistently; Weighing, labeling, sealing and palletizing of ingredient bags/flavor/color units; Perform equipment set-up and maintenance; Maintain a clean and orderly work area, keeping waste to a minimum; Document production reports; Enter measurement data and analyze that information; Work flexible hours with advanced notice; Perform other duties as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have or be able to obtain a McKee Foods LTO license

  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervision

  • Previous LTO experience a plus

  • OPM experience or PC experience a plus
