- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and track category performance, sales trends, and market share, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions.
- Identify and develop relationships with new suppliers to expand product offerings and improve sourcing options.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact product categories.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Support and assist with the development of sales and marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
- Train and educate team members on new products and industry developments.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate category performance and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of category management activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and goals.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the category management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Category Management, Procurement, Or Supply Chain Management.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Vendor Relationships.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape.
