  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  5. Monitor and track category performance, sales trends, and market share, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions.
  7. Identify and develop relationships with new suppliers to expand product offerings and improve sourcing options.
  8. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact product categories.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
  10. Support and assist with the development of sales and marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
  11. Train and educate team members on new products and industry developments.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate category performance and make adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of category management activities and performance metrics.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and goals.
  15. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the category management team.

Job Qualifications
