  1. Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accuracy of deliveries by double-checking orders before leaving.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  4. Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies or shortages.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with deliveries.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while on delivery routes.
  7. Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of delivery vehicle.
  8. Troubleshoot any delivery issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating delivery vehicle.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members.
  12. Keep accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures.
  13. Report any vehicle maintenance or repairs needed.
  14. Assist with other delivery-related tasks as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and suggest ideas for efficiency.
