  1. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support the digital workplace services division of McKesson Corporation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize workforce needs and develop plans to address them.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices to inform decision making.
  4. Create and maintain a comprehensive workforce plan that aligns with the goals and objectives of the division and the company.
  5. Develop and implement processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the digital workplace services division.
  6. Partner with HR and other departments to ensure effective onboarding, training, and career development programs are in place for employees.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that optimize the digital workplace and support employee productivity.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of workforce planning professionals to ensure effective execution of strategies.
  10. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support workforce planning initiatives.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and innovations related to digital workplace services and incorporate them into workforce planning strategies.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce planning.
  14. Communicate regularly with employees to gather feedback and insights on the digital workplace and use that information to inform workforce planning decisions.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to workforce planning to drive organizational success.
