- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support the digital workplace services division of McKesson Corporation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize workforce needs and develop plans to address them.
- Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices to inform decision making.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive workforce plan that aligns with the goals and objectives of the division and the company.
- Develop and implement processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the digital workplace services division.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure effective onboarding, training, and career development programs are in place for employees.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that optimize the digital workplace and support employee productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of workforce planning professionals to ensure effective execution of strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations related to digital workplace services and incorporate them into workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce planning.
- Communicate regularly with employees to gather feedback and insights on the digital workplace and use that information to inform workforce planning decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to workforce planning to drive organizational success.
