  1. Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with company objectives and drive sales performance.
  2. Analyze and assess current sales compensation structures, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for changes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and human resources, to ensure sales compensation plans are in line with overall company strategy.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation plans, making adjustments as needed to drive desired outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Design And Management, Preferably In A Large, Complex Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Sales Compensation Strategies That Drive Performance And Align With Business Objectives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Inform Decision Making And Drive Continuous Improvement In Sales Compensation Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Senior Leaders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred. Professional Certifications In Compensation Or Sales Management A Plus.
