- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) for multiple projects and locations.
- Manage a team of designers and project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of FFE projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of FFE solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, construction, and operations to ensure FFE design is aligned with company standards and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in FFE design to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
- Ensure FFE designs adhere to safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality and value for FFE products and services.
- Develop and maintain a library of FFE specifications, standards, and guidelines for use across projects.
- Identify and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the FFE design and implementation process.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent and high-quality FFE design across projects.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to FFE design and implementation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the design team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and strategies for FFE design management.
- Represent the company and promote the FFE design department at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Architecture, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Furniture, Fixtures, And Equipment (Ffe) Design And Project Management.
Knowledge And Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Design Software.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Familiarity With Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Hospital Regulations And Standards Related To Ffe Design And Procurement.
