- Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure the highest level of quality for McKesson Corporation's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality initiatives.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Analyze data and report on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality manuals.
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, taking corrective and preventative actions as needed.
- Stay current on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist with the implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on quality related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality documentation and data.

Advanced Degree In Quality Management Or A Related Field: A Masters Quality Operations Specialist At Mckesson Corporation Should Have An Advanced Degree In Quality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Foundation In Quality Principles And Processes.
Quality Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Quality Control, Quality Assurance, And Quality Improvement Processes.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Such As Fda, Gxp, And Iso Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Have Experience Implementing Them In A Corporate Setting.
