  1. Manage and oversee the collection and processing of payments from customers.
  2. Accurately track and reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are received and accounted for.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment issues.
  4. Utilize strong attention to detail and analytical skills to review and analyze customer accounts.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding account status and payment updates.
  6. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
  7. Conduct research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  8. Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and provide recommendations for collection efforts.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures related to accounts receivable.
  10. Train and mentor junior accounts receivable staff as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection activities.
  12. Keep management informed of any issues or concerns related to accounts receivable.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to accounts receivable.
  14. Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze accounts receivable data.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Accounts Receivable Or Related Accounting Role

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Accounting Software (E.g. Sap, Oracle)
