- Set and drive the software engineering strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless delivery of software products.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the software engineering teams, promoting best practices and implementing processes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes.

Minimum Of 10+ Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Software Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Technologies In Software Development.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Implementing Them In A Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
