  1. Lead the development and execution of our healthcare products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmap.
  3. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.
  4. Utilize your technical expertise to make informed decisions and provide guidance on technical aspects of the product.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry landscape, trends, and competition to inform product strategy.
  6. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  7. Work closely with the development team to prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  8. Champion the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
  9. Monitor product performance and gather data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product roadmap.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing support and training to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  11. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into product strategies as appropriate.
  13. Represent the company and our products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the company by working towards achieving company-wide goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Agile Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Fda Guidelines.
