  1. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate distribution of life-saving medications and healthcare products to communities across the country.
  2. Perform various warehouse duties such as receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping products.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are stored in designated locations.
  4. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  5. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  7. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.
  9. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while performing tasks.
  10. Identify and report any damaged or defective products to management.
  11. Meet productivity standards and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
  12. Flexibility to work in different areas of the warehouse as needed.
  13. Assist with inventory counts and audits as required.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
  15. Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
  16. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  17. Take initiative to continuously improve processes and procedures.
