  1. Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment laws and regulations in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and align with company values.
  3. Advise and provide guidance to management and HR teams on employment-related matters, including hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment, and employee benefits.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and proactively advise on potential impact to the company's policies and practices.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective and inclusive employment policies and practices that promote a positive work environment.
  6. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees and managers on employment laws, policies, and best practices.
  7. Manage and resolve employment-related disputes, including conducting investigations and representing the company in legal proceedings.
  8. Partner with external legal counsel as necessary to handle complex employment matters.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to employment matters.
  10. Provide strategic legal advice and support to the company on employment-related issues and initiatives.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  12. Proactively identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the legal team and provide support on other legal matters as needed.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics in all interactions and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employment Law, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Including Discrimination, Harassment, And Wage And Hour Regulations

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
