Associate - McKinsey Transformation

We’re looking for an Associate to join our McKinsey Transformation team at McKinsey & Company. If you have a strong academic background and a passion for driving business transformation, this could be the right role for you.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a blend of critical thinking, analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or computer science, and 1-3 years of experience working in a consulting or corporate environment.As an Associate, you’ll be responsible for leading transformation efforts across a range of industries, working in partnership with our clients to develop and implement solutions that make a positive impact.
