- Conducting research and analysis on human capital trends and best practices to inform client recommendations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement human capital strategies for clients.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings with clients to gather information and present recommendations.
- Creating and delivering presentations to effectively communicate strategies and recommendations to clients.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement in human capital strategies.
- Developing and implementing change management plans to support clients in successfully implementing strategies.
- Providing guidance and support to clients on talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of client engagements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support and recommendations.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Representing McKinsey & Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Or Human Resources Role, Preferably With A Focus On Organizational Performance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities, And Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
