  1. Develop and implement paid media strategies to support the overall communication goals of the firm.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with other communication initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and determine the most effective paid media channels and tactics to reach them.
  4. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid media to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for paid media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on paid media within the firm, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to execute paid media campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and platforms to negotiate favorable rates and opportunities for the firm.
  10. Contribute to the development of overall communication strategy and messaging, ensuring alignment with paid media efforts.
  11. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of paid media campaigns.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for McKinsey & Company, ensuring all paid media efforts align with the firm's values and messaging.
  13. Continuously track and analyze industry and competitor paid media efforts to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in paid media.
  15. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, showcasing our paid media capabilities and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media Strategy And Execution, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Platforms And Tools, Including Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, And Linkedin Ads.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As Presentation Skills.
