- Conduct in-depth analysis of client's purchasing and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize client's purchasing and procurement operations.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and procurement.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on procurement strategies, negotiations, and supplier management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor and track client's progress and results, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Mentor and train junior team members on purchasing and procurement best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand in all interactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Purchasing, Preferably In A Consulting Or Strategic Sourcing Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities And Implementing Efficient Procurement Strategies.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Procurement And Supply Chain Management, As Well As Experience Working With Diverse Supplier Networks And Global Sourcing.
