McKinsey & Company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to join our team and help us provide superior client service. The ideal candidate is well organized, highly detailed-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of immigration tasks for both corporate and individual clients. The successful candidate will have experience in immigration law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the job. This position requires a reliable, organized, and independent worker who is able to take initiative and work autonomously. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a variety of immigration tasks for both corporate and individual clients.
  2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable immigration laws.
  4. Prepare and file petitions, applications, and other immigration documents.
  5. Monitor case statuses and provide updates to clients.
  6. Communicate regularly with clients regarding their case progress.
  7. Research and analyze immigration-related legal issues.
  8. Assist in preparing supporting documents for immigration applications.
  9. Maintain client files and records.
  10. Manage client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
