The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of immigration law and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. If you are an experienced Immigration Paralegal with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, as well as a Bachelor's degree. A paralegal certificate and/or membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional support and guidance to clients with immigration related matters.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of immigration law and procedures.
  3. Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Analyze and solve complex immigration-related problems.
  5. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure client goals are achieved.
  6. Adjust to changing needs as needed.
  7. Prepare and review legal documents related to immigration.
  8. Assist in the preparation of immigration forms.
  9. Provide assistance with the administration of immigration programs.
  10. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
