Job Description

McKinsey & Company is looking for a motivated Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, the successful candidate will use their knowledge of immigration law to provide accurate and timely advice to our clients.The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for immigration law. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of immigration law and procedures, as well as experience in preparing and filing applications for visas, green cards, permanent residence, and other immigration matters.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as at least three years of experience as an immigration paralegal. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate and timely advice to clients on immigration law
  2. Prepare and file applications for visas, green cards, and other immigration matters
  3. Maintain a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills
  4. Remain up-to-date on immigration laws and procedures
  5. Keep detailed records of all client interactions
  6. Provide support to attorneys and other legal staff
  7. Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
  8. Use Microsoft Office to create documents, presentations, and other materials
  9. Prepare legal documents and review for accuracy
  10. Assist with research and analysis of complex legal issues related to immigration law
