McKinsey & Company is looking for an experienced and passionate Provider Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team of professionals. Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in healthcare provider performance improvement• Knowledge of healthcare provider systems, processes, and regulations• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and in teams

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and evaluate healthcare provider systems, processes, and regulations to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  2. Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions tailored to the needs of the healthcare industry.
  3. Lead and facilitate client meetings to discuss performance improvement strategies.
  4. Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  5. Monitor and track performance improvement initiatives.
  6. Prepare and present performance improvement reports to stakeholders.
  7. Provide guidance to healthcare providers on performance improvement initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Liaise with external vendors to ensure performance improvement initiatives are successfully implemented.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare provider performance improvement.
