Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate healthcare provider systems, processes, and regulations to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions tailored to the needs of the healthcare industry.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings to discuss performance improvement strategies.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and track performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present performance improvement reports to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to healthcare providers on performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure performance improvement initiatives are successfully implemented.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare provider performance improvement.
