  1. Develop and improve apparel patterns for Medline Industries' product line.
  2. Ensure all patterns meet high standards of functionality and design.
  3. Collaborate with design and production teams to create innovative and high-quality products.
  4. Utilize strong understanding of garment construction to ensure patterns are accurate and suitable for production.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of patterns to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to apparel pattern making.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient product development.
  8. Communicate and present pattern concepts to design and production teams.
  9. Ensure all patterns are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all patterns and related documentation.
  11. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate translation of patterns into production.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve pattern making processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for pattern development.
  15. Represent Medline Industries as a knowledgeable and skilled industry professional.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pattern Making For Apparel Industry

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Cad Software (Such As Gerber Or Lectra)

  • Strong Understanding Of Garment Construction And Pattern Grading

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment
