1. Manage accounts receivable for a diverse portfolio of clients.
2. Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding balances.
3. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with client accounts.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
5. Work closely with the finance team to reconcile and allocate payments.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
7. Monitor and report on delinquent accounts, providing recommendations for course of action.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for collection procedures.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to collections and accounts receivable.
10. Meet and exceed monthly and annual collection targets.
11. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving collection strategies.
