  1. Develop and implement an effective eCommerce strategy for Medline Industries in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of eCommerce professionals to ensure the successful execution of the eCommerce strategy.
  3. Drive growth and innovation through Medline's digital channels, continuously seeking out new opportunities to enhance the company's online presence.
  4. Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve overall results.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce, and make recommendations for incorporating them into Medline's strategy.
  7. Oversee the development and maintenance of Medline's eCommerce applications, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient online experience for customers.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for eCommerce operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on eCommerce performance and initiatives.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality services and products for Medline's eCommerce operations.
  11. Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to eCommerce operations.
  13. Identify and address any potential risks or issues related to eCommerce operations, implementing solutions as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience on Medline's eCommerce platforms, incorporating user feedback and industry best practices.
  15. Represent Medline's eCommerce department in meetings and events, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce Development And Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms And Technologies, Including But Not Limited To Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, And Ibm Websphere.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Developers And Analysts.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
