In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support our sales team and drive revenue growth.   1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the overall sales goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to identify and prioritize sales enablement needs.
  3. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve the sales team's product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
  4. Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, playbooks, and training modules to support the sales process.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for adjustments to sales enablement strategies.
  6. Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales team members and external partners, to facilitate effective sales enablement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to inform sales enablement strategies and tactics.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve sales enablement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales enablement initiatives and their impact on sales performance.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to the sales team.
  12. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they receive proper training and resources to be successful in their roles.
  13. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
