- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all Medline products and their associated regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the entire product recall process, from detection to resolution, ensuring timely and effective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to quickly address any product issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses for product issues, keeping detailed records and documentation.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and customers regarding product recalls and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure their adherence to quality standards and timely response to any product issues.
- Monitor and analyze product data and feedback to proactively identify potential product issues and address them before they become widespread.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to product safety and recalls.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for product recalls, including communication plans and escalation protocols.
- Train and educate colleagues on proper product recall procedures and best practices for ensuring product safety and customer satisfaction.
