  1. Oversee and manage the company's real estate portfolio, including properties such as hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the growth and management of the real estate portfolio in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor market trends and conduct research to identify potential investment opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
  4. Negotiate and manage lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to the real estate portfolio.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient management of the real estate portfolio.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial partnership.
  7. Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and improvements to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet the company's standards.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for the real estate portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  9. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure properties are compliant with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management on the status of the real estate portfolio, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
  11. Stay current on industry developments and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize the real estate portfolio's performance.
  12. Manage a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and development.
  13. Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the real estate team.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in all aspects of real estate portfolio management.
  15. Collaborate with external partners, including brokers, consultants, and contractors, to support the real estate portfolio's success.

Job Qualifications
