  4. Support the product development process by coordinating with vendors and suppliers, communicating product specifications, and overseeing sample production.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure product designs meet customer needs and align with company goals.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all product development activities, including design files, sample tracking, and testing results.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance in the market, and make recommendations for product enhancements or modifications.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Textile Materials And Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Textile Materials And Manufacturing Processes Used In The Production Of Various Textiles Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Fabric Types, Dyeing And Printing Techniques, And Garment Construction Methods.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Adobe Illustrator Or Gerber, Is Highly Desirable. Familiarity With Product Development Software, Such As Plm (Product Lifecycle Management) Systems, Is Also A Plus.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Textiles Product Development Intern, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Accuracy And Quality Of Product Samples. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills And Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills Are Essential In Order To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Designers, Product Managers, And Suppliers. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Present Ideas And Concepts Clearly And Professionally.
