Clinical Data Analyst
Manage and develop Board Reports for the Quality, Safety and Professional Affairs Committee. Manage and develop reports for the annual operating plan, as appropriate and requested by the Department Director. Manage the development and maintenance of a tableau dashboard highlighting organization-wide key performance measures. Plan and design information systems and data products to support case management, performance improvement, market share, revenue cycle, outcomes management and physician profiles. Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year end summary reports related to utilization patterns of care and clinical outcomes. Provide data expertise to support the development or modification of hospital programs, services and resources. Validate information for accuracy prior to reporting.
Minimum of 3 years of informatics experience
Experience in building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, preferred.
Experience with RL Solutions or other patient safety event management system, preferred.
Experience with Cerner health information systems, preferred.
