3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate nutrition care into patients' treatment plans.
4. Stay current on evidence-based nutrition guidelines and communicate updates to healthcare team members.
5. Utilize creative teaching methods to effectively educate patients on healthy lifestyle behaviors and chronic disease prevention.
6. Monitor and track patients' progress towards nutrition and health goals.
7. Provide support and guidance to patients in making sustainable dietary changes.
8. Conduct nutrition assessments and create care plans for patients with specific medical conditions.
9. Develop and deliver presentations on nutrition and health topics to various audiences.
10. Work with community organizations to provide outreach and education on nutrition and health.
11. Stay compliant with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nutrition and health education.
