- Accurately label and process specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of all phlebotomy procedures.
- Follow all necessary safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by ensuring a comfortable and positive experience during blood draws.

Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) - The Candidate Should Have A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Phlebotomy Association (Npa).
Knowledge Of Phlebotomy Procedures - The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Phlebotomy Techniques, Including Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Blood Collection From Different Age Groups And Populations.
Familiarity With Medical Terminology - A Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For Accurately Identifying And Labeling Blood Samples And Communicating With Healthcare Professionals.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy - As A Phlebotomy Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Collecting And Labeling Blood Samples, Ensuring Accuracy Is Crucial To Avoid Errors That Could Impact Patient Care.
