5. Ensure that patient care is delivered with excellence and in accordance with best practices.
6. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address patient needs and concerns.
7. Adhere to the code of ethics for medical interpreters.
8. Maintain certification in Medical Interpreting (CHI or CCHI).
9. Demonstrate a mastery of Spanish language.
10. Participate in ongoing professional development.
