
Quality Improvement Analyst
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations. Develops policies, trains staff, and implements corrective action plans for Member Manager Supplemental Database. Responsible for analysis and auditing of EPSDT data, Value Based Purchasing (VBP) data, and any additional regulatory data related to quality and outreach. Designs, develops, executes and analyzes quality improvement (QI) projects according to NCQA Standards and required format. Collects data and reports for the Cerner Wellness Platform and provides analysis as needed for the data. Coordinates with the IS Department to improve report-writing and data-storage processes.
2 years quality improvement experience in managed care.
2 years data analytic experience.
