
Support Services Specialist
MedStar Health is looking for an experienced, customer service-oriented Support Services Specialist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background and a passion for helping others. The Support Services Specialist is an integral member of the MedStar Health team, responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in a technical support or customer service role, and demonstrate an advanced understanding of technology and troubleshooting. They must also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. Above all, the Support Services Specialist must demonstrate a commitment to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers.Are you a problem-solver who can think both creatively and practically? Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and guidance to customers • Troubleshoot technical issues • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Investigate and resolve customer complaints • Identify customer needs and provide solutions • Keep customers updated on product developments and changes • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships • Ensure customer satisfaction • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
