  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the designated geographic area to drive revenue growth for Enabling Technologies products.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical community.
  4. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Medtronic's products to potential customers, utilizing product knowledge and clinical evidence.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer support.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  9. Train and mentor sales representatives within the designated area to ensure consistent and effective sales techniques.
  10. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of Medtronic's products and services, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
