  1. Assemble complex medical devices according to precise specifications and quality standards.
  2. Utilize technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the assembly process.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the assembly process.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  5. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  6. Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficient workflow.
  7. Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and increase productivity.
  9. Communicate any production or quality issues to management in a timely manner.
  10. Keep up-to-date with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  11. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the company by consistently producing high-quality products.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly processes.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct.
  15. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Assembly Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Technical Education Or Training Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Specifications.

  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Experience Working With A Variety Of Hand And Power Tools.

  • Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment With A Focus On Quality And Attention To Detail.
