  1. Perform assembly of medical devices according to established procedures and specifications.
  2. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble, test, and package medical devices.
  3. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all assembly tasks.
  4. Meet production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
  7. Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records.
  8. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  9. Continuously improve assembly processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Attend training sessions to stay updated on new product developments and assembly techniques.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance standards.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • Expertise In Assembly Techniques: The Assembler Iv Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Proficiency In Various Assembly Techniques, Such As Mechanical, Electrical, And Pneumatic Assembly. They Should Also Be Able To Read And Interpret Engineering Drawings And Specifications Accurately.

  • Experience With Medical Device Assembly: Medtronic Is A Leading Medical Device Company, And The Assembler Iv Should Have Prior Experience In Assembling Medical Devices. They Should Be Familiar With The Specific Quality And Safety Requirements For Medical Device Assembly.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: Assemblers Iv Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Detect Any Issues Or Defects In The Products They Assemble. They Should Have Excellent Manual Dexterity And Be Able To Work With Small Components And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp): Medtronic Follows Strict Gmp Guidelines To Ensure The Safety And Quality Of Their Products. The Assembler Iv Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Gmp And Be Able To Comply With The Company's Standards And Procedures.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: As The Assembler Iv Will Be Working In A Team Environment, They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Their Colleagues. They Should Also Be Able To Follow Instructions And Work Well Under Pressure To Meet Production Deadlines.
