  1. Procure materials and supplies for production processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to maintain an adequate supply of materials.
  3. Analyze data and use forecasting techniques to determine material needs and make purchasing decisions.
  4. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality to ensure materials meet specifications and production timelines.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
  8. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential cost savings and process improvements.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on material availability, lead times, and any potential risks to production.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and optimize inventory levels.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and patient safety by adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic by promoting our mission and values in all interactions with suppliers and internal teams.
  14. Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to successful completion within given timelines.
  15. Stay updated on industry and market trends, as well as advancements in technology, to make informed decisions and identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Purchasing, Procurement, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management And Supply Chain Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
