Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as an Associate Clinical Research Specialist at Medtronic. In this role, you will be working closely with our clinical research team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. We are looking for someone who is passionate about clinical research and has a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and collaboration.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, medical technology, or a related field, and at least 1-2 years of related work experience. They will have a solid understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and the ability to interpret and implement those requirements. In addition, they will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clinical research protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  2. Assist with the development of clinical research protocols, clinical study reports, and patient recruitment strategies.
  3. Monitor and track clinical research projects to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate clinical research activities, including patient recruitment, data collection, and data analysis.
  5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clinical research projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  6. Assist with writing and editing of clinical study reports and other relevant documents.
  7. Provide support to clinical research team in day-to-day operations.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical research activities.
  9. Ensure all clinical research activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  10. Participate in training initiatives to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
