Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate MDR/Vigilance Specialist to join the Medtronic team. In this role, you will help ensure that Medtronic’s medical devices and products meet all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in the medical device industry. You must also be knowledgeable about relevant regulatory requirements and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Additionally, you must have the ability to work with a wide variety of teams and manage multiple projects at once.If you have a passion for quality and compliance and are looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical devices and products
  2. Analyzing documents and data to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  3. Developing and implementing corrective actions to address any non-compliance issues
  4. Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
  5. Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents
  6. Monitoring safety and performance of medical devices and products
  7. Preparing and presenting reports on compliance issues
  8. Providing guidance and support to other team members
  9. Participating in audits and inspections of medical devices and products
  10. Maintaining records and archives of medical device compliance activities
