Chemical Research Product Engineer

Perform analytical testing for chemical characterization (such as extractable and leachable studies), drug release and stability testing with accurate and reliable test results. Direct and train junior members to perform sample preparation, extraction and separation to characterize key product attributes and resolve technical issues. Performs analytical testing for qualitative and quantitative determinations of extractable and leachable, polymer degradation products, drug elution in support of product development, quality control and stability. Develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity for future therapy spaces. Utilize research and analysis skills for root cause analysis, system/therapy understanding, and compliance deliverables, with a quality and reliability mindset. Working with Design, Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Test and other customer groups to produce new products. Develop technical solutions to complex problems without appreciable direction and apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge of the field. Research and development of novel technologies that enable product innovation.
