  2. Utilize your clinical expertise to support the use of innovative surgical technologies in the operating room.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for surgeons and operating room staff on the proper use of Medtronic's surgical technologies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surgical technologies to provide the most efficient and effective solutions to our customers.
  6. Provide clinical support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise with the use of Medtronic's surgical technologies.
  7. Act as a liaison between Medtronic and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  8. Attend conferences and events to promote Medtronic's surgical technologies and establish new business relationships.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and product usage.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in the healthcare industry.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the utilization of Medtronic's surgical technologies in the operating room.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In A Related Field: A Clinical Consultant, Surgical Synergy At Medtronic Should Have At Least A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Medicine, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Surgery Or A Related Field. This Experience Will Provide The Necessary Foundation To Understand The Needs Of Healthcare Providers And Patients.
