  • Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical research projects, in alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company protocols
  • Monitor and analyze clinical trial data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes to study protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of clinical trials
  • Manage the budget and resources for clinical research projects, ensuring efficient use of company resources
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes in clinical research to inform decision-making and project planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and other stakeholders to support the successful execution of clinical trials
  • Communicate trial progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals
  • Ensure the ethical conduct of clinical trials, including the protection of patient privacy and safety
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Strong Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Leadership.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.

  • Proven Ability To Design And Implement Clinical Research Studies, Including Protocol Development, Data Collection And Analysis, And Publication Planning.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
