Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Search Coordinator to join our team at Medtronic. As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of executive search projects and building strong partnerships with our internal clients.You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least five years of experience in executive search or recruiting. You must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to understand the needs of our internal clients, use creative and effective methods to source candidates, and manage a high volume of searches will be essential to your success in this role.We are confident that you will be a great asset to our Human Resources team. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of executive search projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and other recruitment activities.
  2. Build strong partnerships with internal clients to understand their executive search needs.
  3. Use creative and effective methods to source candidates for executive search roles.
  4. Manage a high volume of searches while meeting tight deadlines.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal clients to provide updates on progress.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all search activities and outcomes.
  7. Utilize technical and organizational skills to ensure successful completion of executive search projects.
  8. Develop and implement innovative strategies to identify and source qualified executive search candidates.
  9. Monitor market trends and industry best practices in executive search and recruitment.
