- Provide exceptional technical support and services to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Medtronic products and equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site visits to install, maintain, and repair Medtronic products as needed.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of Medtronic products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and service activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback on product performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product information and updates to customers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties.
- Represent Medtronic in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Travel to various locations to support customer needs as necessary.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously update knowledge through training and self-study.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or Technical Support In The Medical Device Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Equivalent.
Extensive Knowledge Of Medtronic Products And Their Applications.
Ability To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced And Changing Environment.
