
Injection Molding Technician
Medtronic is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team and help us to continue to lead the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in injection molding and a passion for excellence.The Injection Molding Technician will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of injection molding machines and related equipment. You will be tasked with setting up and troubleshooting molds and mold components, monitoring molding processes to ensure product quality and efficiency, and performing preventative maintenance on the equipment.The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience in the injection molding industry. You will also need to have a solid understanding of thermoplastics and injection molding processes, as well as strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities:
- Set up and troubleshoot molds and mold components.

- Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Establish and maintain safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and adjust injection molding machines to achieve optimal performance.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest injection molding technology and techniques.
