IT Project Manager

5. Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
6. Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
7. Establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
8. Prepare project status reports and present them to senior management.
9. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that could enhance project performance.
10. Develop quality assurance and testing procedures.
